For this you just have to contact our care team from My Optus App messaging and they'll get it done. 



Alternately, you can just click here messaging us via the My Optus App. The team is available 24/7 and are ready to assist customers as quickly as possible.
If for some reason you’re unable to, if you have a social media account, please then Optus on Facebook or on Twitter with the details for further assistance mentioning you’re unable to use the My Optus app.

Just a note that if the remote has simply stopped working then Optus will/should send out a replacement free of charge. If you smashed it then it will cost something like $40

There's also a Fetch App that has a built in remote that might work temporarily.
