I received an email to verify my change of username and it states that it cant be proccessed it is ever frustrating i spoke with an operator yesterday to change my details idid so vic acc preferences but it wont accept and i am required to use an email that is no longer valid as my username and i want to simply change it
I just want to make sure that we're completely across this one. You're referring to your Optus.com.au/myaccount login email?
You've tried changing your contact email via the Profile tab → Account information → Email address → Change?
