For 24/7 support message our team of experts via the My Optus app.
Forced to download my optus app so I could message them, but when I press login it has the 3 colour dots then nothing happens. no error message whatsoever.
Recently got an email about a number requested to be cancelled, but I dont even use that number nor remember anything such number, cant contact them about it. Useless.
@brokenapp2020 As you do not have access to the My Optus app you can use social media to contact Optus Support, please send a PM to Optus on Facebook or a DM on Twitter and include in the message you do not have access to the My Optus app.
