I don't have the app and don't want it. I am not on facebook or twitter and don't want to sign up either. I have several pre-paid data only plans that have expired. Can I cancel them online through my account login page?

In that case, you will need to call our cancellation team on 1300 555 241. They will be able to access your account and assist you further.
