Xinja Bank customers auto pay using debit card expiry date not sent to Mastercard

Hi,

I am from Xinja Bank payments team. We have had reports from some of our customers attempting to use the autopay billing with their Xinja debit card are getting declines as the expiry date is not being sent to Mastercard card.

Can you please confirm for your Merchname = OPTUS BILLING AUTOPAY, whether you always send the expiry date for card payments?

Hi VF, this is a public forum, not a support portal.

You can try contact Optus via Twitter or Facebook and hopefully the staff there will elevate your request to someone who can answer it.

An Optus mod might be able to provide this information as it is general in nature. It just may take some time for a responce. @Sarah_YC
