I confirmed with the optus service staff that my music streaming service has been active an my tv steaming service is inactive. However, when I look at the online optus portal, I get following status:
And if you look at my optus app for their status, you get incorrect status again:
Can this be fixed? i.e. that optus online portal an app shows the correct status of my services.
