Why does a cookie for "tie.247-inc.net" appear momentarily when I log onto https://webmail.optusnet.com.au/  ?

Hi @joscentre, I would suggest to clear your browser cookies / Temporary internet files and Cache. If the issue continues then test it on another browser. Please refer to our Email → Help & Support page for further assistance.

Hello Kartika,

Thank you for  the quick reply. 

I followed your suggestion ... cleared the cookies  and internet caches ...

That temporary link still pops up when opening WebMail on GOOGLE Chrome on 2 different computers. However I no longer get a warning from my antivirus program on one computer. I will keep monitoring ... and keep using  YES CROWD 🙂
