I have been using this new trial to add cases via My Account. However, when I log in, I can't see them anymore. I know it's still being trialled, but I can't see the them to see what the latest updates are.

Hi, Yes this was about the new case management channel. Sometimes I can see it when I log into my account, other times not. I can't always review my current logged requests to check the status. I did have some screen shots which I will send to you.
