Verification link not working

I have ordered a new phone and plan and have received a verification link from optus. The link will not load on my phone, I have tried ticking and un-ticking the desktop box and tried using a desktop computer with no success. I am using the chrome app on my current phone to access the link. Can you please advise of how to solve this issue.

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with the verification link.


Have you been able to try another alternate browser to see if the link will load? Have you also been able to clear your browsers cache/cookies?
