Userid and password are acknowledged and correct. Why is the detail of my inbox not visible?
Have you just setup your Optusnet account, or have you suddenly come across this issue?
We did have an Optusnet email server issue occur over the weekend. Some customers have come and advised that their issue has been resolved, but the ticket is still being investigated on our side.
