Unable to access Cable account details despite repeated requests

Since a stuff up with my service earlier this year, my cable service has disappeared from My Account. I have made a number of phone calls about this and had lots of promises.

My next action will be to leave Optus if you cannot fix this.

Also cannot access it through Member Services

We’re unable to look into account details on Yes Crowd.

Have you already tried adding it yourself? How to Add/Remove Services in My Account
If you have a social media account, please send a PM to Optus on Facebook or a DM on Twitter with the details for further assistance.
