Two weeks now since I logged a support request


Well it has been a couple of weeks now since i logged a support request. But still no action. The issue is I cannot log into the manage your account area. Optus has changed my password and gave up when they tried and failed as well.


If Optus support is reading  this you need to get your act together. Tried on multiple computers on different networks and it is an Optus server issue.
