Trying to register for MyAccount


I have been trying to register for MyAccount online and through the optus app for 3 days now. I have been a prepaid customer for 10+ years and just swapped to a post paid plan. I cannot login on the app or online and I cannot register, it just continues to say that I cannot be found in the system. I went in store and they couldn't help me because they can't get through to Tech support. I Have tried reinstalling the app/restarting the phone etc. Nothing has worked and I have tried calling online only to have a wait time of 2 hours and then the other end hanging up. I cannot get on to the live chat because I have to log in to be able to do that.
