I am a new user (aprrox 2 weeks). I have been having weird issues logging into my account on both online and my optus app platforms. When logging online I get this error message:
OOPS! LOOKS LIKE THE PAGE YOU WERE LOOKING
FOR MAY BE DOWN OR IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE
Please try clicking on My Account and then searching for the page again.
If this does not work, please try logging in later on.
This has been happening for 3+ days now.
When I try logging in via My Optus app, this Error occurs:
Oh, seems as though your Optus My Account password/email address is incorrect.
However, the My Optus App displays all my billing details just fine without the login.
I've tried manually registering for an account but it said that the email address was not available.
Chatting with the supports basically told me to wait, but I've had this issue for a while. How long does these issues usually go for?
What do I do?

Hey @Axley - My understanding is that My Account was experiencing some errors about a fortnight ago, however these have since resolved themselves. Can you please PM me with your mobile number, full name and DOB? Sounds like you may need to have some provisioning done on our end.
I recently had this issue resolved by chatting with one of the Tech Support staff members again. They did have to reset my account for me to gain access.
