Spoke to chat this morning, as I cannot cancel my Optus Sport subscription via the 'My Account' portal. It's attached to an elegible postpaid mobile plan.They advised it would take 15 minutes to 4 hours to remove, but the sub is still showing as 'active' on my account.
When I go to Sports & Entertainment > Optus Sport > Manage > Cancel Subscription, when I click the button to confirm the cancellation, I get the error 'INACTIVE_SUBSCRIPTION' and nothing happens.
