I'm trying to connect a new phone/phone number to an old Optus Account I had from 2 years ago. I can log into the account but it says there are no services. I tried to link the new service/number and it says 'The service entered is not eligible for My Account registration.'
Both of these are under the same email so I can't register a new account as the mobile keeps saying it doesn't match the details used to order the phone and plan. The account still has an old number from 2 years ago but it won't let me change it or the email associated with the account.
I've tried linking the number and account both online and on the mobile app but it just won't let me add them together. What should I do? What is the correct number to contact so that I can connect my account and new mobile number?

You can message support via the My Optus app (Preferred) Facebook or Twitter.
If you use Facebook or Twitter include in the message you do not have access to the My Optus App.
