The payment

I paid the same bill three times. I'd like to ask for a refund, what should I do?

Please note that we’re unable to look into account details on Yes Crowd. If you’re still needing a hand, we recommend messaging us via the My Optus app or Messenger site. Our Messaging team is available 24/7 and are ready to assist customers as quickly as possible.

Alternatively, you can leave it as it is and your account will be in credit.

The extra money goes in to your account as a credit.

Easiest thing to do is nothing. Next month Optus will always automatically pay the bill using any credit.

If you want to request a cheque be sent instead. out then contact Optus directly.
