I am an existing customer, I ordered 3 phones online for my 3 different numbers. One has been shipped but I have not received any confirmation for the other 2 and it's been more than 48 hours. They are all the same phone and are in stock. I have tried phoning but have just been shoved around to different prople for several hours. The online chat tried to help but they couldn't access the information apparently and told me i have to call. but I can't speak to anyone who can help me.
I need these phones as they are xmas presents for my kids. Please help 😞
