Techs installed NBN next door and now our NBN doesn't work

I told them they disconnected our NBN when they connected our neighbours but hours later we still have no NBN

Hi @minessence, you will need to speak with our NBN support team directly either via the →  messaging service or by calling them on → 1300 300 427 - Mon - Sun: 8am - 8pm so that we can raise a fault with NBNCo directly to get this fixed for you.

What type of NBN? FTTC?

Seems like a bit of bad luck. Try power cycling the modem a few times but otherwise contact Optus and they'll send a tech out to investigate. If you wanted to speed things up you could see if your neighbour can do the same as well.
