System maintenance

Quite often the Optus website and app shuts down access to my account to do system maintenance and displays the times it will be unavailable and when it will be reopening, today it said 1:30 a.m. it would be back online, but as usual it's now 2.25am and it's still not up and running.

@Ray_YC  Hi Ray I do not know if this related, but I remember reading on the Optus site about system maintenance and sometimes you will not have access to your account for a number of hours. Sunday night to Monday morning I think.

Yes I think you will find the Optus account portal down more often than you think Ray.

Yes that is common (it needs regular maintenance based on all the complaints it has!). My point is that the maintenance going beyond the displayed time is not a common complaint.
