Switching paper bills to online bills - Not working

Im with optus since 3 months ago, since the beginning, i’ve logged on to self service and switched my billing option from paper to online bills. However, every month I still get charged 2.20 for paper bills that get sent to me 😞 how do I fix this ? Ive checked my status again and again and I’m very sure I’ve set it to online bills. Help !

Someone else reported this problem yesterday so it might be worth having a word with support and see if they can change it for you. The live chat link below is an option to contact support if you wish.
