I've just got my new Optus mobile plan and broadband plan. I want to link them together but I forgot my Broadband Service password.
It keeps saying that "Username and password combination is invalid", but there is nowhere to reset the password. How can I reset it?

Just so we're across this one, you want both services linked to your My Account?
The broadband password refers to your Optusnet username/email password. The default password may have been set to "password." I'd suggest reaching out to Live Chat
Personal → Home Phone, Broadband & NBN → Technical issues
They'll go in and send you out a temporary password via SMS. You can then go in and change that in the email sub section of your My Account.
