i need to reset my primary Optus webmail (email) password. I have changed my Account password but this doesn't reset the password for the primary email address. Any advice would be appreciated.

You could try messaging Optus Support from the My Optus app. If you do not have access to the My Optus and have a social media account, please then send a PM to Optus on Facebook or a DM on Twitter with the details for further assistance mentioning you unable to use the My Optus app.
