I recharged, the website says to click on a confirmation link in the reciept email, or my prepaid auto recharge wont activate!
But, there is no such link in the email.
Is this a bug or a feature?
Will my auto recharge proceed?

I've had a read through the Prepaid Auto Recharge FAQ's.
We have the following:
The communication could be outdated, but there's no mention of any need to click on an email confirmation link.
Edit* Actually I’m wrong, it does depend on the method you’ve used to set up AutoRecharge. If it’s been set up via Optus.com.au/recharge, you’ll receive an SMS or email within 48 hours. There’s a validation code that attached to either the SMS or email.
How long has been since you'd set up AutoRecharge?

The confirmation did show up.
The problem is that the sequence is unclear, the acknowledgement email AND the website process flow, should clearly state that a SECOND confirmation email will follow, to avoid customers wasting time on a poorly engineered autoresponse.
