Post Paid Sim Order

Hi on Wed 20/09/17 I ordered a new sim plan within a month of my previous plan ending. I received a “order received” email saying I should be contacted within 48 hours etc however as of 26/09/17 I still have not been contacted. I’ve tried LiveChat twice with no outcome and I’ve tried calling Sales except there’s always been over 30minute wait and I don’t have the time between work to wait around.  Please help 🙂

I hear you.... seems to be a few of us. I placed an order on 21 Sept, received the confirmation email with temporary order number. Nothing since.

So I toughed it out and waited on the phone for 58 minutes but I did get it fixed. Not sure why the online ordering seems to be unimportant and just gets left? But mine is fixed now. Hope you get yours sorted too 🙂
