My sim arrived yesterday and I called optus to activate it but until today they still haven't activated my number. I called them again today and they made me wait for an hour cause they're contacting my old provider so they can port my number. Unfortunately now my old provider disconnected me from their network but my optus sim is still not activated when I inserted it. So now I can't receive any calls or send messages, the online chat doesn't work on the optus website when I try to click it. Please help me, anyone.
