Payment

Hi, i,ve suspended my optus account from the end of May and i can not understand why optus is asking me a payment.

Hey @Lucbof98 Suspensions are only able to placed for 90 days, and so if you had organised the suspension at the end of May- chances are the suspension has finished its term and your services have resumed. 


You can check this online via the Optus App and should you have other inquiries or wanting to place another suspension, our Messenger teams will be able to assist further
