I recently did a credit check and I have an old Optus account outstanding. It is for a handset. I am trying to find a way to clear the account. The account number I have isn't being recognised. What should I do? Who can I speak with?
@gricea33 You could try calling the billing team calling them on 133937 - Mon - Fri 8am - 8pm AEST.
Option two write a letter

Optus have to act on a letter, it will take longer but at least you have everything in writing.
