Pay my bill

I was alwyas abel to see my bill on line in my account now i can not can anyone tell me why?

Are you using My Account or the app? Just to confirm, are you able to log in at all, or are you unable to log in in the first place? If there's been a change with the services, it may be that you have a new account number for the new service.


If there's been no changes at all since the last time you could view it, definitely touch base with the Live Chat team via the app and they can take a look int the back end.
