I'm unable to access my email, when I open Outlook, the password prompt will appear indicating the account settings password is invalid, I did not change my password. I tried using old passwords with no luck, I tried my webmail which also sees my password as invalid.
A few days ago, I was getting hundreds of undelivered emails to recipients I do not know so I'm worried my email might have been hacked or it was automatically blocked due to these undelivered emails.
I'm not able to get through to support call/chat this time due to the waiting time.

Can you explain that Optus announcement in plain English. There are numerous customers who are locked out of their email account.
Do we need to change our My Account Password and our Email Password because Optus changed our details over to new account numbers without informing us?
