PDF Bill

Does anyone know how to get a proper PDF bill for a post paid 4g broadband account? I cannot register the service in My Account and have not figured out a way to get a PDF bill?

The Account portal is the correct place for PDF bills Dan. You need to get the login issues sorted with support before you can go any further. If you have read any of the posts of late its probably the worst time to try and contact support so be prepared for a long wait.

I have read that messaging appears to be the only thing working at the moment.

Unfortunately login issues with the Optus Account portal is not something us mere mortals can help you with. Jump on the messaging link I posted as you just never know what might happen. 😀

@Yeldarb Sadly I can't even try messaging - because I can't add the service to my optus app, and i have no other optus services, I cannot access the message function from the app. Really not my day...
