Optus account

Hi there,

I recently signed up for 5G home broadband, it's been working nice.  However, after my fist free month, I received a text message to set up the direct debit, but I can't see the service on my account. I work from home, and I wouldn't like that optus cancel the service because I haven't paid, I contacted my case officer, but he hasn't replied and I don't have access to online support to help me out.

could you please help me to sort this issue out?

Do you have a bill? Just BPay some money into your account (say $200) . Optus will take money from any credit before looking for direct debit etc. Yes it will cost you $2 more a month while you get the DD set up but its the easiest surest short term solution.
