Optus X-Spirit Mobile - $59 plus $30 credits = $89 offer - - Next 2 months $30 recharges = Zero Cost

 
 
 
 

I purchased the above mobile smartphone at Coles on/about 23 February.

 

The special offer was

 

(1) Buy OPTUS X SPIRIT PHONE

And

(2)  Buy $30 of Credits (valid one month)

     

(3)  Total  -  $89

 

 

Purchaser will receive free of charge

the next 2 monthly recharge credits

(value = $30 + $30 =$60)

      Free of Charge

 

That was the deal offered

 

Anyway,   it's now 27 February and the 

$30 of credits applicable to my first months usage

have now expired

 

Anyway over last 3-4 days, 

I amongst other things have been 

dialing 555  and / or  texting 9999

 and/or via My Account at the Optus Website

yet there zip  about this special offer

 

BUT

 

I won't throw the Baby out with the Bathwater

especially at this stage of affairs

given all the COVID 19 issues

we are all dealing with  

 

Just want HELP 

in resolving this problem so my recharge can proceed

or

a Live Person to walk me

through all the steps
