I previously had a plan that had EPL subscription on it. This EPL subscription was cancelled when the EPL season ended back in May.
I signed up for a new 12 month plan this morning. This new plan has an EPL subscription thrown in.
When I log onto optus.com.au, and go to My Dashboard -> Sports and Enterainment -> Optus Sport, the browser is redirected to https://manage.sport.optus.com.au/signup/list.html which displays the following error:

I called the Optus Support who passed me onto the Content Support team. The Content Support team reset the password on my old Optus Sport account.
I am now able to log into Optus Sport website and app, and I can view content without issue.
When I go back into My Account however, the above error persists.
