Optus Mobile App - End user data summary

Hi All,

We have 10 mobiles on our account with data pooling and the ability for staff to see their data summary for the month has disappeared with the new version of the mobile app. How can my mobile users see how much data they have used in the month so as to keep under their limit? It looks like they can view their "Daily Usage" but can they get a summary so they don't have to add up the data used each day?

What phones are you using? Android or iPhone?

Both Apple and android but we are all experiencing the same issue.

The Android phones should have a warning and cut off data option in your settings. Can be set to reset monthly automatically and lots of info on data usage.

Apple phones you can only reset the issue counter at the start of each month and check in manually now and again.

Optus have yet to provide robust data control and information capabilities to there customers. This is either because they technically can't or because they want customers to accidentally exceed their allowance and pay a stiff penalty.
