No I meant are you connected to Optus internet via their mobile broadband, dsl or NBN? Often this sending issue happens when people are connected to a different provider and I wasn't sure if you were.

No, I'm not using Optus as my provider so that could be a possible problem. I'm still intrigued why it suddenly stopped working because I had changed nothing. As a matter of fact it worked before I went on annual leave in late December, but didn't work when I got home. Strange.
