Hi all, I completed the online relocation form last week and I'm wondering if there will be any delay due to Christmas. We're in our new home, but still have access to the old home. I haven't disconnected anything in the old home until I hear. We have the old home until the 8th. I'm wondering if we will be relocated by that date?
Hey @Clancy10. When you submit a relocation online, the request joins a queue to be processed by the back end team. This should take 72 business hours to be completed, so there may be delays if you submitted during the public holidays.
If 3 business days have passed and you still haven't heard from anyone, give the team a call on 1300555241 Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm | Saturday 8.30am - 5.30pm (AEST).
The time taken to physically relocate will vary depending on your property/network availability.
