Im trying to load the online chat with my Macbook - Im trying with Safari, Moz and Chrome and none are working.
No popups blocked. It just sits there.
Last month it was the usage app, now this. What do I do. I dont want to call up.
Same problem. I am in NZ and I need to live chat with someone....doesn't work!!

Hey all, if you have any issues with the website or Live Chat, it's worth clearing your cookies and cache then trying again, as this can often fix issues with the website. Jordan
Thanks Jordan but it’s not that. Chat doesn’t work through the Yes Optus app either.
Can we get a support ticket logged or something?
this yes crowd is is pretty hopeless.
What handset are you using? There's been a pretty constant problem with Apple phones and the Live Chat. I'll gladly get a support case raised if need be.
It’s not operating system dependent. the problem is on the live chat side. it doesn’t work on any platform.
Please log a ticket and get them to check it from external connections.
It’s not working for everyone on their computers or handsets.
I think something like the live chat should be monitored.

I also cant seem to use online chat with any of my macs with any browser 😞 makes it hard to contact optus indeed 😞
