Not receiving Optusnet mail

Have received no emails from Optusnet since Friday morning, although my Mac settings & connection are all fine. I see others have had this problem, can someone please explain what's going on?

Have you checked webmail? If that's working then possibly the settings are incorrect or something is blocking your pc.

Are you using an email program eg. Apple Mail, Outlook or a Web Browser?

Yes, I'm using Mail.Thanks for your reply, Was just told by a friend that my mailbox is full and that messages bounced back. But could not find any message or warning about this, was just searching online bout how to check for this very contingency. Thank you again.

Thank you, have just figured ou how to do this! A friend just told me my mailbox was full, although I received no warning or notification. So it's sorted now, thanks again for your reply. I'll know about Webmail next time!

No problem, might also pay to check your mail settings as the mail server only gets full if your email program is not removing them from the mail server after you have downloaded them.
