No DSL

Have been trying to get assistance by calling and also email, but have been unlucky.  Have had no wifi since last Friday, trying to work from home, I am hotspotting off my mobile, but that data is nearly ran out (after they have given me extra).Have done ALL the troubleshooting Optus suggest, and everything seems ok except my DSL light is not lighting up on the modem.  Hope someone can HELP
