I need to reset my password for webmail but can't do it.
I've read that I need to do this through my account and although I can access this I can't change the webmail password as I no longer have an active optus service.
How can I go about the password reset?

However, this is typically discussed before that point. If you haven't already done this, there's a high possibility that your webmail account is inactive.
