My Account

Does anyone know when will the my account start working? I called more than 4 times, had a text chat twice and no result!!! Very unprofessional and frustrating all i am after is to pay my bills. I cant see any of my bills on the dashboard asked the customer service to send them by e-mail but to no avail could someone help me on this matter?

Hi

What do you mean by my account not working. Is it because you can't login. If that is the case try using an in private tab on your browser.

It hasn't been working for me either, for the last week or so.

 

It's just permanently refreshing. I can log in fine, but soon as you click on my account ie: www.optus.com.au/my-account it just keeps refreshing over and over. 

I called about this and the optus tech couldn't even access my account either.

 

The website/system is broken man...
