Why am i not being able to view " standard national talk " detailed use in My Account?
I used to see that just few days back. Any suggestions?
Optus may have removed it. They have done this with other detailed reports where they essentially offer an unlimited service (like they do for broadband). They don't need to explain how the charges are made up if there's no calculation involved. You should be able to call Optus and request a breakdown if you want.
