Work from home & home schooling have fried our wireless router.
To set up a new one, I need to access My Account or Member Services.
However, neither My Account nor Member Services are recognising the username & login details. When I try to reset either, the system defaults to "contact our customer service team".
Problem is that to msg the Optus Cust. Service team, I need to use the Optus App, which requires a My Account login.
Please can someone help me reset my password / login details.
@mcooper You can Message Optus Support via Facebook or Twitter. When messaging using Facebook or Twitter include in the message that you do not have access to the My Optus app.
The Account login issue maybe device related. Some devices automatically capitalise the first letter when entered in a field. e.g. you type a but the device inserts A.
