I signed up for a post paid iPad in Mackay three days ago (for my father to use) with unlimited Netflix. The Optus rep in Mackay told me an account number would be sent to me within 48 hours and that I would need that number to login to the myoptus app to activate Netflix. I've returned now to Brisbane and still haven't received an email with the account number on it.
