I have been trying for months and still cannot link my service number to the account. It comes up multiple times with saying it's the wrong number, it's incorrect etc. I am %100 sure all my information is right as I used it before to log into the site. I want to pay out my phone plan as my phone bill is chronically overcharged, and with having no time to go in store online is the only option. How do I fix this to log in and clear my information.
