Landline fault

Our Landline *****is unserviceable.

 

Please advise.

Hi @dougcannen when you say unserviceable you mean it is not working? No dial tone at all? Do you have an NBN service with us and the home phone is connected via the Optus modem? Has switching the modem OFF and ON helped? What about some → basic troubleshooting.


If the issue still continues then you are best to speak with our Technical Support team via the → messaging service to assist you further.

After contacting Optus technical chat I eventually sorted the problem out myself by simply turning off and on both NBN and Optus modems.
