Internet account not showing in My Account

Hi,

 

My internet account is not showing in My Account, only my mobile service. How do i get this to show?

Were the accounts under different names? 

I pay for 4 linked under 3 names, mine, dads etc but they disappeared from the primary account. 

Online chat said different names now have to be separate email addresses and to set up each with a new account login. 

 

Setup new account name just goes round in circles saying they phones are invalid. 

 

Maybe you will have better luck with online chat.

They changed something recently with accounts even if yours isn't the same problem.
