International texts msg I didnt send

This is the second time I have been charged $0.50 each for Intl SMS I didn't send apparently its 5.  This was on my September bill.

The last time it was  3 about 4 months ago. 

Why am I being charged for SMS messages I am not sending.

I have gone through the list of people I have texted during September and all are in Australia.

@Kyri_YCInstead of passing the end user to another department which will not make the end user very happy you should try and help end users and in some cases teach them how to find the answer themselves like I tried to do.
