Incorrect username or password when accessing Optus Sport

My username and password are correct. I can log into the Yes Crowd site with the same email and password and it logins me in.


Does not work with Optus Sport.

I try to reset the password, and it claims my email is incorrect or the password.


Yet I used exactly the same email and password to sign up - I saved them away, not by memory.


I've used both Chrome and Firefox to login. And both get the same result. Internet Explorer does not even display the login screen.


When I enter the password, sometimes it says something like "invalid email". Its not. Sometimes I get a 'tick'.
